Nurturing Care
As a doula, my goal is to give you and your family the support and information that you need to make informed decisions about your pregnancy and birth.
I love working with expectant mothers and enjoy the opportunity to support different families and help them navigate the exciting process. I look at each birth as a unique experience and provide birthers with the encouragement and reassurance necessary.
When women feel empowered and trust their bodies, I believe it creates the best opportunity for starting their new journey into motherhood. Supporting and facilitating the most optimal transition into parenthood is what brings me the most joy!

M Y S T O R Y
I am a mother of three young children, living in sunny Tsawwassen. My passion for birth ignited after I attended a prenatal yoga workshop at the Dharma Temple in Vancouver. Following the hospital birth of our first daughter, I realized how uneducated I was on the options and care
providers that are available. This left me feeling fearful and out of control. I began to learn more about the entire birth
process, eventually leading me to have a planned home birth with midwives. Following this empowering experience, my love for all things birth grew. After having one hospital, and two home births, I realized that I could help new moms when deciding what direction best suits their birthing needs. Being a doula is so fulfilling and is something that I am incredibly passionate about. I completed the Wise Woman Way of Birth Doula Training in the fall of 2018. This course empowered and equipped me with the necessary knowledge, while being supported by a community of doulas. We are dedicated to educating women and families on the natural, physiological birthing process, while supporting them in their personal choices. I have also taken an interest in birth photography. I love how photos of such a cherished moment can be savoured forever. When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my family out in nature, practicing kundalini yoga and dancing in the kitchen.
